To perform our Ad Rehab audit and management services, we require "View" or "Advertiser" level access to your Meta Ad Account and related assets (Facebook Page, Instagram Account, Meta Pixel, Catalogs). We do not collect or store the personal data of your end-customers. We only analyze aggregated ad performance data.

2. Data Usage

The information and access provided are strictly used for:

• Generating the initial diagnostic audit.
• Restructuring, managing, and optimizing your ad campaigns during the 30-day execution cycle.
• Providing periodic performance reports to you.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business data. We share necessary information only with trusted third parties to facilitate our services:

• Razorpay: For processing secure payments. We do not store your credit card or bank details.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): We interact with the Meta platform on your behalf based on the access granted.

4. Data Controller

Reachify Innovations Private Limited acts as the primary data controller for your business contact details and billing information. Regarding the ad data accessed on Meta, you remain the data controller, and we act as the data processor.

5. User Rights

You reserve the right to:

• Revoke our access to your Meta Ad Account at any time.
• Request the deletion of your contact and billing details from our active databases, subject to legal and regulatory compliance.
