Reachify Innovations Private Limited operates Ad Rehab as a highly specialized, intensive digital service. To maintain our operational standards and deliver dedicated value to our active clients, we adhere strictly to the following policy.
Due to the nature of digital service delivery, refunds are not provided once the 30-day execution cycle has begun. When the cycle starts, resources are immediately allocated to account auditing, technical fixes, and strategy formulation.
If a client pays but the audit/onboarding has not started, a full refund can be requested within 24 hours of the payment being made. Once we are granted access to the ad account and initiate our diagnostic processes, this window is closed.
Users may cancel their renewal at any time. Because we do not enforce long-term retainer traps, you are only committed to the active 30-day block you have paid for. If you choose not to renew, no further charges will be made after the current 30-day cycle ends. We will simply cease management operations and remove our access at the end of the term.
