These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ad Rehab service provided by Reachify Innovations Private Limited.
Ad Rehab is a professional advertising management service. The core offering is a 30-day ads management contract, designed to audit, clean up, and optimize your Meta Ad Account.
We operate strictly on a 30-day cycle. There are no mandatory long-term retainers or lock-in periods. After the initial 30 days, you have the complete freedom to renew for another cycle or part ways.
We apply our proprietary diagnostic systems and best practices to optimize your ad spend. However, due to external market variables, algorithm changes, and product-market fit dependencies, we do not guarantee specific Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) or fixed conversion volumes. You acknowledge that advertising inherently involves risk and that Reachify Innovations Private Limited is not liable for performance fluctuations outside our direct technical control.
All fees are strictly paid in advance prior to the commencement of the 30-day execution cycle. Payments can be securely made via Razorpay or direct Bank Transfer. Ad spend budgets are entirely separate and remain your responsibility to pay directly to Meta.
You agree to provide timely access to necessary assets (Ad Accounts, Pages, Pixels) and sufficient ad spend budget in your Meta account to allow our strategies to run. Delays in granting access or resolving account restrictions may affect our ability to execute within the designated 30 days.
